How long does the approval process take?
Most applications at Raye are processed within one to three business days, depending on how quickly all required documents are received. Applicants applying from out of state may experience longer processing times due to state-specific restrictions.
Is there a waitlist if my preferred floor plan isn’t available?

How much is the monthly rent at Raye?
What is the security deposit at Raye?
Are utilities included in rent at Raye?
Utilities are not included in monthly rent. Residents are responsible for electricity, water/sewer/trash, heat, cable, phone, and internet.
Are there application or administrative fees?
Yes. A $100 non-refundable application fee is required per person, plus a $300 holding fee. Once your application is approved, the holding fee will be applied towards your move-in costs. If you are not approved, the holding fee is refunded. Additional deposits may apply depending on credit results.
Do residents need renters insurance at Raye?
Yes. All residents are required to maintain renters insurance with at least $300,000 liability coverage.

Are pets allowed at Raye?
Yes! Raye is a pet-friendly community in Shaker Heights.
Are there breed or weight restrictions?
Yes. Breed restrictions apply, and there is a 100 lb weight limit. Please call our office for full details.
Does Raye have pet-friendly amenities?
Yes, Raye is a pet-friendly apartment community with features designed for pets, including a fenced dog run, an on-site pet spa, and convenient walking areas throughout the property.
Is there a pet fee, pet deposit, or monthly pet rent?
We welcome up to two pets per apartment. A $400 non-refundable fee and $35 monthly rent per pet apply.

Yes, all apartments at Raye include a full-size in-home washer and dryer for your convenience.
Do apartments at Raye have air conditioning and heating?
Yes, all apartment homes are equipped with central air conditioning, heating, and programmable thermostats for year-round comfort.
Are upgraded finishes avaialable at Raye?
Yes, Raye offers Standard, Premium, and Penthouse finish packages. Standard homes feature quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and sleek cabinetry. Premium homes include upgraded flooring, designer tile backsplashes, and enhanced lighting, while Penthouse residences offer expanded layouts, upgraded appliances, high ceilings, and exclusive luxury design details. Are furnished apartments available at Raye?
Apartments are leased unfurnished. However, our team can connect you with third-party furnishing options if needed.

Yes, Raye provides garage parking for residents, along with designated guest parking. Pricing and availability vary depending on the option you choose, so we recommend contacting the leasing office for details.

Yes, residents have access to shared community spaces including a resident lounge, coworking areas, private conference rooms, and a business center, all with convenient Wi-Fi access.
